WARRANTY CONDITIONS
  • All products within the body of Ziya.com.tr are guaranteed for 6 months by the brand's own manufacturer, importer or distributor companies.
  • The damaged or defective product should be delivered to us without delay, in accordance with the return conditions, and at the same time, an explanation e-mail should be sent to destek@ziya.com.tr stating what the damage or malfunction of the product is and containing the order number.
  • The products delivered to us are sent to the manufacturer together with the clarification e-mail sent to destek@ziya.com.tr and the result is awaited.
  • The manufacturer examines the products sent and prepares an inspection report on whether the damage or malfunction is caused by production or customer use.
  • As a result of the report, the products that are determined to be damaged or defective due to production are either repaired or replaced with a new one within the warranty period determined by the relevant company.
  • As a result of the report, the products that are determined to be damaged or defective due to customer use are not covered by the warranty.
  • Return shipping costs of products that are determined to be damaged or malfunction due to production are covered by us. In all other cases, the return shipping fee belongs to the customer.
  • Shoes without lining are comfortable and soft. Since chemical additives that will impair foot health are not used in the leather of this type of shoes, the color of the leather may appear on the socks.
  • In hand-stitched shoes (so-called saddlery), the shoes may absorb water from the seams. Therefore, with this type of shoes, they should not get into puddles as much as possible in winter and rainy weather.
  • Zippered boots and long boots can get water from the zipper. Therefore, with this type of shoes should not get into puddles, which will rise to the level of the zipper.
  • Shoes with synthetic material in the inner lining are likely to smell and absorb water.
  • Stains that may occur on shoes due to excessive sweating of the feet and which cannot be removed are not a manufacturing fault.
  • The sun can cause discoloration of the leather on the shoes.
  • Sweaty feet and snow can cause salt on the skin, causing stains that cannot be removed.
  • It should not be forgotten that any shoes that do not have the phrase "has waterproof feature" can get in some water in the rain. In particular, all shoes and boots that do not have the words "GORETEX" and "WATERPROOF", can pass some water. Therefore, leathers are subjected to a six-hour stretch test in water and leathers that absorb less than 30% water as a result of this test. It is considered "WATER-RESISTANT". This is due to the fact that the leather used is a natural material. Sprays that help waterproof can be used. However, even in such cases, the water-proof feature of the uppers containing natural leather cannot be guaranteed.
  • There may be colour differences between the right and left shoes which used leather called "Crazy" (cowhide is used and not processed in order not to spoil the natural appearance of the leather). This situation is characteristic of the skin; it is not an error.
  • The soles can injure the leather due to the friction of the shoes against each other while walking or sitting; it may even stain the leather in light-colored shoes from time to time. It is not normal for shoes to rub against each other in gait physiology. Wearing or dyeing caused by such habits is not covered by the warranty.
  • Linen products may give color due to reasons such as being left wet and damp, being in contact with sea water, cleaning and polishing agents used and applied, and continuous use without socks on excessively sweaty feet.
  • It should be ensured that the laces of the product are tied properly and that the foot remains motionless in the product. Otherwise, tearing may occur in the inner fort lining of the product, breakage and deformation from the inside to the outside may occur in the fort tires.
  • Friction, impact, etc. reasons are not considered as manufacturing faults.
  • Due to the anatomical structure of the foot, there may be lateral enlargement and wrinkles in leather, suede and linen products; it's normal.
  • Even for a short time, used products are not exchanged.
  • Damages or malfunctions that occur in shoes that are not used in accordance with the shoe usage instructions are not covered by the warranty.
